Thank you for shopping with Phoebe Home Style! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

  • We currently do not accept returns on any products purchased from our website, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

  • If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will not be able to process any return requests.

2. Return Process for Damaged or Defective Items

  • To request a return for a damaged or defective item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include the following details in your email:

    • Order number

    • A brief description of the issue (damage or defect)

    • Photos of the damaged or defective item

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, the refund will be provided via cash.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date we confirm your return or issue.

4. Shipping Fees

  • If a return is necessary due to a damaged or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is not due to an issue with the product (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged once they are opened or worn, including but not limited to:

  • Items with hygiene concerns (such as undergarments or swimwear)

6. Exchanges

  • If your item is defective or damaged, we will offer an exchange for the same item or another product of equal value, depending on stock availability.
